NNR Global Logistics has nearly doubled its presence in SEGRO Logistics Park Warsaw, Nadarzyn by leasing more than 4,000 sq m of modern warehouse space in building C, which has recently received the BREEAM certificate with a VERY GOOD rating and the highest score of all warehouses in Poland. The warehouse is now fully leased. NNR Global Logistics is expanding its logistics potential following the rapid growth of the scale of its business and has chosen SEGRO Logistics Park Warsaw, Nadarzyn for its excellent sustainability features.
Founded in Japan, NNR Global Logistics boasts almost 100 years of tradition and is part of the Nishitetsu Group, an organisation with nearly 18,000 employees in 130 locations across the globe. It provides comprehensive logistics services for a wide range of clients operating in construction, real estate, tourism and other sectors. To ensure supply chain efficiency it has a large network of warehouses, including the warehouse at SEGRO Logistics Park Warsaw, Nadarzyn. NNR Global Logistics has expanded its lease to more than 4,000 sq m as a result of the growing demand for logistics services and its organic growth. Its decision to relocate to building C is in line with the company’s strategy to reduce its environmental impact.

“Responsibility for the natural environment is a core principle of NNR Global Logistics. We regularly monitor the environmental impact of our operations and implement state-of-the-art solutions to improve ecological performance. These include our ISO 14001-certified environmental management system, which clearly identifies objectives and areas requiring further improvement, and is a source of valuable information to us and shareholders of NNR Global Logistics. We are confident that the relocation of our operations at SEGRO Logistics Park Warsaw, Nadarzyn to building C and the expansion of our operational space will boost our potential in the region and contribute to meeting the environmental targets set out in our Group’s sustainability policy. Our positive experience of successful cooperation with SEGRO in the recent years has also played a part in our decision,” said Adam Kolarzyk, Branch Manager of NNR Global Logistics Poland Branch.

“We are proud that NNR Global Logistics has successfully spread its wings in its prime location in Nadarzyn within a couple of years of cooperation with us to nearly double its presence here. We are also pleased to be able to offer our client the greenest warehouse space in Poland. In Nadarzyn, as in all our locations, we offer flexible space arrangement options to meet the requirements of the most demanding sectors and to respond to the needs of business expansion,” said Waldemar Witczak, Regional Director at SEGRO.

SEGRO Logistics Park Warsaw, Nadarzyn, is a logistics complex offering more than 90,000 sq m, located just five kilometres away from Warsaw’s administrative border. Its key strengths include the proximity to national road no. 8 (leading to Wrocław) and national road no. 7 (linking Warsaw and Krakow), and a short distance to the A2 motorway. The park’s potential is estimated at over 150,000 sq m with a number of new buildings likely to be added to the complex - each will be subject to strict BREEAM assessment.
