Within the premises of SEGRO Business Park Łódź the tenant will occupy approximately 6 800 sq m, out of which 6 300 sq m is devoted for warehouse space and the remaining part for office and social office. The warehouse will be equipped with modern shelves and cold rooms. The company will be opearting within the new facility by the end of June 2015.
